What the public site shows
On 2026-10-20 flameusa.com/extracts listed five non-kratom botanicals (mad honey, a 70 percent kava extract, wild lettuce, blue lotus and betel nut), each with a not-FDA-approved disclaimer, and the shop URL returned 404 (FLAME USA extracts). The Blaze kratom shots and tincture appear on the distributor sheet, not on the public site. Flame USA Inc is also the client named on the PharmLabs San Diego reports published for the Narcos X Tabs (NarcoBrands COAs).
