Eligibility
You must be 21 or older to order anything from this store, hemp or kratom, in every state. By ordering you agree to a third-party identity check at checkout on every order. An order whose check does not pass is not accepted. Hemp THC products also require an adult signature at delivery.
Products
Hemp products sold here are derived from hemp as defined in 7 U.S.C. 1639o and contain no more than 0.3 percent delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. Each hemp product page states the cannabinoid content and the total THC per container from the linked laboratory report, or says that no report is on file. Hemp THC products (THCa flower, hemp-derived delta-9 drinks and gummies) are marked 21+, ship UPS with an adult signature, and are withdrawn from sale on December 11, 2026 under federal law absent new legislation.
Kratom products sold here are made from the leaf of Mitragyna speciosa. Each product page states the mitragynine content and the 7-hydroxymitragynine result from the linked laboratory report, or says that no report is on file.
The store does not sell concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine, mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15, MGM-16 or Amanita muscaria products, converted cannabinoids such as delta-8, HHC, THCP or THCH, vapes, or THC-infused alcohol. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The FDA has not approved kratom for any use.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for knowing whether a product may be received and possessed at your shipping address. Checkout blocks shipments to excluded states, cities and counties by product class, but laws change; the legality hub shows the date each row was reviewed.
Withdrawn products
If a federal or state action makes a product unlawful to ship, the store withdraws it on the effective date, holds and refunds unshipped order lines, and emails affected customers. Products with a stated removal date are removed from sale on that date. See the state policy.

Wholesale accounts
Business accounts for hemp finished goods and bulk hemp ingredients are approved at the store's discretion, require a W-9 and a resale certificate for the ship-to state, and may be closed if products are resold in violation of state law or marketed with health claims. Bulk ingredients are intermediates sold only to approved business accounts and never as consumer final products. Kratom and kava products are not sold wholesale. See the wholesale page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
