State and federal rules
Hemp, kratom and kava legality by state
Where Euphoria Superstore ships each hemp, kratom and kava product class, state by state, with the statute behind each row and a dated change log.
This hub is generated from the store's state rules table and its class status records. Three sections follow: the federal status of each product class, the state table for each class with the statute or order behind every row, and a dated log of what changed and why.
How to read the table
- Ship means no state rule beyond the store's own 21+ policy.
- Gate means the product ships and its page carries the state's label, age or registration rule.
- Exclude means checkout blocks the line and names the state.
- A review badge marks rows the research could not verify against statute text; those rows are reviewed by counsel before go-live.
- Rows with a future date show the date the change applies (Kentucky kratom, 2027-07-01).
- The city, county and parish layer is listed under each state that has one; every local row is vendor-reported until the ordinance is read. The local layer applies to kratom only.
- Bulk hemp ingredients are sold to approved business accounts only; their rows describe where a business buyer with the state's resale and hemp-handler paperwork may receive them.
Federal dates for hemp
Two federal dates sit under every hemp row. On 2026-11-12 cannabinoids the hemp plant cannot naturally produce (delta-8, HHC, THCP, THCH and similar) lose hemp status; this store has never sold them. On 2026-12-11 the total-THC standard, which counts THCa, and the 0.4 mg total THC per innermost container cap take effect (P.L. 119-37 section 781 as amended by P.L. 119-103 section 2019). Hemp THC products carry a removal date of 2026-12-11; full-spectrum products stay only where the linked lab report shows total THC at or below 0.4 mg per container. Isolate and broad-spectrum products with THC not detected are unaffected. Background: the 2026 federal hemp rule and hemp legality by state.
