If the checkout identity check did not pass, see the age policy for what to do. Verification questions go to the same support address; do not email a photo of your ID unless the verification service asks for it inside its own form.

Wholesale and distributor accounts

Bulk hemp ingredients and tier pricing on hemp finished goods are available to approved business accounts. Start with the wholesale application; approved accounts sign in at the wholesale portal. Line sheet requests go to the support address with "Line sheet" in the subject. Kratom and kava products are sold to consumers only.
