21 and older, everywhere

Every product on this store, hemp cannabinoid products included, is sold only to adults 21 and older, in every state, including states whose statute sets 18 or sets no age for hemp. For kratom, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming set 21 by statute; several hemp statutes set 21 for products containing THC and 18 or nothing for the rest. The store applies 21 to everything as policy (legality hub).

The entry gate

Every page asks whether you are 21 or older before it loads. The answer is stored in a cookie (es_age_ok) for this browser. The gate is a statement, not a check; it does not verify anything.

The checkout identity check

Every order, on every visit, runs a database identity check through AgeChecker.net using the name, address and date of birth you enter. Most checks clear in seconds against public records. If the records do not match, the service asks for a photo of a government ID inside its own form; this store never sees or stores the image, only the pass or fail result, the verification reference and the date (AgeChecker: age verification explained). A passed check is remembered for 30 days in a signed cookie (es_agev). In production there is no attestation fallback: no passed check, no order.

Adult signature for hemp THC products

An order that contains a hemp THC product (THCa flower, a hemp-derived delta-9 drink or gummy) ships UPS with Adult Signature Required, so an adult must sign at delivery in addition to the checkout check. These products are withdrawn from sale on December 11, 2026.

Why a database check

Florida requires a seller to obtain confirmation that the purchaser is 21 or older before kratom is mailed or shipped (Fla. Admin. Code 5K-4.030), and Georgia requires sellers to verify that the buyer is at least 21 (Georgia Department of Law). A checkbox satisfies neither. Payment underwriters for kratom and hemp also ask for proof that age verification is operational.

When a check does not pass

The order is not placed and nothing is charged. You may retry with corrected details or complete the photo ID step in the verification form. If you believe the result is wrong, email support@euphoriasuperstore.com with your order attempt date; do not email ID images.

Records

The pass or fail result, the verification reference and the date are kept with the order for the period state kratom laws, hemp record-keeping rules and payment rules require. See the privacy policy.
