Shipping and returns

Carriers

Orders ship by USPS or UPS. This store never uses FedEx, whose United States service terms prohibit shipping kratom (FedEx US Service Guide terms). Checkout shows USPS and UPS rates only.

  • Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Hemp orders ship from the Pacific Northwest through Go North Hemp and its partner brands; kratom orders ship from the supplier or store stock. TODO: confirm with each fulfillment arrangement.
  • Transit is typically 2 to 7 business days.
  • Standard shipping rate: TODO. Free shipping threshold: TODO.
  • Hemp cannabinoid products without THC, kratom and kava ship USPS or UPS with no signature required at delivery; the 21+ check happens at checkout, before anything ships.
  • Hemp THC products (THCa flower, hemp-derived delta-9 drinks and gummies) ship UPS only, with Adult Signature Required at delivery. If a cart contains one, the only rate offered is UPS Adult Signature.

Addresses

  • United States addresses only. No international shipping.
  • PO boxes are accepted (USPS delivers to them), except for an order that contains a hemp THC product, which needs a street address for the UPS adult-signature delivery.
  • APO, FPO and DPO addresses are not accepted.
  • Checkout validates the address and checks the city and county against the local exclusion list.

Where products do not ship

Each product class has its own state table on the legality hub, with the statute behind every row and the date it was reviewed. Checkout blocks any line that cannot ship to your address and names the state.

  • Kratom: as of 2026-10-20 the excluded states for kratom extract are Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont and Wisconsin, with Kentucky closing on 2027-07-01.
  • Hemp isolate and broad-spectrum products (THC not detected) ship to most states; full-spectrum products are excluded from the states whose hemp laws cap total THC per container below what those products contain.
  • Hemp THC products ship only to Delaware, Maine, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, West Virginia and Wisconsin, and only until December 11, 2026.
  • Bulk hemp ingredients ship to approved business accounts in the states whose resale and hemp-handler rules the account has documented; see the wholesale page.

Age

Every order requires a passed 21+ identity check at checkout, for hemp as well as kratom. See the age policy.

Returns

  • Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. TODO: confirm the window.
  • Opened products cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. TODO: confirm.
  • Email support@euphoriasuperstore.com with your order number to start a return. Returns go back by USPS or UPS only.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and a replacement or refund is issued.

Products withdrawn by law

If a federal or state action makes a product unlawful to ship after you order and before it ships, the order line is held, you are emailed, and the line is refunded. Orders already delivered are not recalled by the store unless a regulator requires it. Hemp THC products are withdrawn from sale on December 11, 2026 under federal law absent new legislation; orders placed before that date ship as normal. See the state policy.
