Standard warning
This product contains mitragynine, which interacts with opioid receptors and may be habit-forming. Not for use by anyone under 21 years of age, by anyone who is pregnant or nursing, or by anyone taking prescription drugs without first consulting a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use while driving or operating machinery.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The FDA has not approved kratom for any use.
Virginia (Va. Code § 59.1-200(A)(77), HB 360 of 2026)
Virginia requires every kratom product label to list all ingredients and to carry this disclosure, printed here verbatim from the Code of Virginia (Va. Code § 59.1-200, read 2026-10-20):
WARNING: Kratom may cause dependence and opioid-like withdrawal. Do not use while pregnant. Use may impair judgment. Not for persons younger than 21 years of age.
New York (N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law § 398-g)
The codified section (GBL § 398-g and nysenate.gov, read 2026-10-20; the codified page says "Effective December 19, 2026") requires every kratom product label to show the manufacturer's or distributor's name and business address, the full list of ingredients, and seven disclosures: that sale or distribution to individuals under 21 is prohibited under the public health law; that use by pregnant or breastfeeding individuals is not advised; to consult a healthcare professional before use; that Kratom may be addictive; that kratom may interact with certain medications, drugs, and controlled substances; whether the product includes a semi-synthesized or synthesized chemical or compound of kratom; and the amount of mitragynine and the amount of 7-hydroxymitragynine in the product. It also requires these two statements, clearly and conspicuously, quoted verbatim:
These statements have not been evaluated by the food and drug administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Keep out of reach of children.
The compliance research notes (read 2026-10-20) record an earlier version of the New York label text, in at least 12-point contrasting type, which this store also prints until counsel confirms which text governs on the ship date:

The research notes list the six items after "may include" and the notes' quotation ends with an ellipsis; the list is reproduced as the notes give it. The notes also record that New York bars describing kratom with the words "all" and "natural" together, and an effective-date conflict (2026-01-01 in the bill text versus 2026-12-19 on the codified page). Alkaloid disclosure
Each kratom product page states the mitragynine in milligrams per serving and per package and the 7-hydroxymitragynine result with the laboratory's limit of quantitation, taken from the linked lab report. Where no report is on file the page says "Lab report pending from the supplier" and prints no figures.

California Proposition 65
This store does not ship to California, so no Proposition 65 notice is rendered. The hook stays: if California reopens, a lead notice is required for kratom products (a 2020 60-day notice alleged lead in kratom powder; California AG notice 2020-03325).
