DEA-1570 began with the 2026-07-06 notice of intent on 7-hydroxymitragynine above a threshold (91 FR 40917), continued with the comment-period extension to 2026-09-10, and was reissued on 2026-10-14 to add mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, adopt HHS's thresholds of 1 mg per gram or milliliter and a 100-to-1 mitragynine ratio, and set the earliest order date at 2026-11-13 (91 FR 65370).
The companion docket DEA-1644 covered pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16, produced the 2026-08-26 temporary order, and was reissued the same October day for the two MGM compounds alone (91 FR 65381).
