Can I return a kratom product?

Unopened and sealed, yes, within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method; opened products cannot be returned. Returns travel by USPS or UPS only, and a product made unlawful to ship after you order is refunded without a return (shipping and returns).
What can be returned?
Products that are unopened, in their original sealed packaging, within 30 days of delivery. The refund goes to the original payment method. Opened products cannot be returned, because an opened consumable cannot be resold. The window is marked for confirmation on shipping and returns.
Who pays return shipping?
The customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case a photo and the order number within 7 days of delivery gets a replacement or a refund. Returns go back by USPS or UPS; FedEx labels are not accepted.
How does this compare with other sellers?

What if the law changes after I order?
If a federal order or state law makes a product unlawful to ship between the order and the shipment, the line is held, you are emailed, and the line is refunded with no return needed. Orders already delivered are not recalled by the store unless a regulator requires it. See the state policy.
