Age and eligibility
How does age verification work at checkout?
Written by: Author pendingReviewed by: Reviewer pendingUpdated:
Every order runs a database check through AgeChecker.net on the name, address and date of birth you enter; the service says "over 90% of customers are verified instantly" against public records, and asks for a photo ID in its own form when the match fails (AgeChecker).
What happens when I click place order?
The name, shipping address and date of birth from the checkout form go to AgeChecker.net, which matches them against "our databases of public records and previously verified customers" (AgeChecker). A match returns a pass in seconds. No match opens the service's own form, which asks for a photo of a government ID and is "manually verified in under a minute." The store never sees the image.
Does it run every time?
A passed check is remembered for 30 days in a signed cookie, es_agev, on the browser that passed it. A repeat order
within 30 days skips the form; the next order after that runs it again. There is no attestation fallback in
production: no pass, no order, no charge.
Why not just a checkbox?
Florida requires a seller to obtain "confirmation that the purchaser is 21 years of age or older" before kratom is mailed or shipped (Fla. Admin. Code 5K-4.030), Georgia requires sellers to verify the buyer's age, and a checkbox confirms nothing. A scan of twenty kratom storefronts in October 2026 found a real verifier on four of them; this store is built to be one.
What is stored?
The pass or fail result, the verification reference and the date, with the order. Not the ID image, not the date of birth beyond the check. See the age policy and the privacy policy.
