Age and eligibility
What happens if age verification fails?
Written by: Author pendingReviewed by: Reviewer pendingUpdated:
The order is not placed and nothing is charged. You can retry with corrected details or complete the photo ID step in the verification form, which AgeChecker.net says is reviewed "in under a minute" (AgeChecker). In production there is no other way through.
Why might a check fail?
The most common reasons are a name entered differently from public records (a nickname, a maiden name), a new address the records do not yet hold, or a mistyped date of birth. The database match is on exactly what is typed (AgeChecker).
What are the options?
Correct the details and retry, or complete the photo ID step inside the verification service's form. The image goes to the service, not to this store, and the result comes back as a pass or a fail with a reference number.
Why is there no attestation fallback?
Because a checkbox is not a confirmation, and two states require a confirmation before kratom ships. A staging environment used for testing can run an attestation mode; production cannot.
What if I believe the result is wrong?
Email support@euphoriasuperstore.com with the date and time of the attempt. Do not email an ID image. The store can see the result and reference and can ask the service to review; it cannot override a fail. See the age policy.
