MGM-15
Updated:
Dihydro-7-hydroxymitragynine, a federal Schedule I substance at any concentration since 2026-08-26 under 91 FR 54948. Tablets marketed as OPM tabs in 2026 contained it; published lab reports for one such line show 18 to 21 mg per tablet. Never carried by this store.
MGM-15 is DEA's name for dihydro-7-hydroxymitragynine. The 2026-08-26 temporary order placed it in Schedule I with its isomers, esters, ethers and salts and no quantity threshold, expiring 2028-08-26 unless extended (91 FR 54948). The reissued notice of 2026-10-14 keeps the no-threshold approach for MGM-15 and MGM-16 (91 FR 65381).
The compound appeared in products sold as "OPM" tablets in 2026 after state and federal actions against 7-OH. The published PharmLabs reports for one supplier's OPM line, dated May 2026, show MGM-15 at 18.57 to 20.87 mg per tablet with no other alkaloid reported (NarcoBrands COAs). Missouri adopted the Schedule I designation on 2026-09-25 and has issued civil demands to distributors.
This store's lab-results entries for its kratom extract tablets record MGM-15 as not detected at a 0.562 ppm limit of quantitation. The MGM class exists in the store's database only so the checkout and kill table can refuse it.
