Paynantheine
Updated:
A minor kratom leaf alkaloid included in five-alkaloid potency panels (mitragynine, 7-OH, paynantheine, speciogynine, speciociliatine) at some laboratories. The reports linked from this store did not quantify it, because the method ordered covered mitragynine and speciociliatine only.
Paynantheine is one of the alkaloids of Mitragyna speciosa leaf. One seller's published lab program quantifies five alkaloids on every lot: mitragynine, 7-hydroxymitragynine, paynantheine, speciogynine and speciociliatine (Super Speciosa lab lookup).
The PharmLabs reports linked from this store's lab-results pages list only mitragynine and speciociliatine as detected analytes (NarcoBrands COAs). That reflects the scope of the method the client ordered; a laboratory reports the analytes in its scope and is silent about the rest. A five-alkaloid panel, together with 7-hydroxymitragynine, pseudoindoxyl and the MGM compounds by name, is what the owner's supplier list asks for in a lot-specific report.
