Do orders ship to APO, FPO or international addresses?
Written by: Author pendingReviewed by: Reviewer pendingUpdated:
No. United States street and PO box addresses only. Military and diplomatic addresses and every foreign address are blocked at checkout, because an FDA import alert on kratom remains in effect and other countries' import rules differ (DOJ, Southern District of California).
Why no international shipping?
Kratom is subject to an FDA import alert, and a San Diego kratom company pleaded guilty to illegal importation (DOJ). Export runs into the destination country's own rules, which differ everywhere. Leading sellers take the same position: "we do not offer international shipping" (MIT45 shipping policy).
Why no APO, FPO or DPO?
Military and diplomatic mail passes through customs handling and lands at facilities whose rules this store cannot verify address by address. The state and local checks that apply to every other order cannot be run against an APO or FPO address either. Those addresses are blocked at checkout.
What is accepted?
Any street address or PO box in the 50 states and the District of Columbia that passes the state and local checks for the product class ordered. See how this store ships.
